Receptionist/Office Assistant
AV Calibrations is looking for a Receptionist/Office Assistant who works well in a team environment as well as independently. Candidate will be responsible for a variety of receptionist and administrative tasks. The office is open Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm. This position is full-time from 8:30 to 4:30
Basic Responsibilities
- Answer, screen and direct incoming phone calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Perform basic clerical duties that include: filing, faxing, photocopying, data entry
- Assist in maintaining A/R and A/P report
- Handle customer project inquiries as well as take proper messages for staff
- Greet customers and handle inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Perform light collection calls
- Handle payment information over the phone
- Data Entry
- Call customers once projects are completed to verify customer satisfaction and complete Customer Satisfaction survey
Skills & Qualifications
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Computer skills
- Ability to use office equipment
- High school diploma
- Bilingual English / Spanish a Plus
- Well Organized and Attention to Detail
Required:
· High School Diploma
· 2 yr-Receptionist work/Admin work
· General understanding of excel and word: Quick Books is a plus
· Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills
· Customer service skills
· Friendly disposition
· Driver’s License
