TRANSFORMATIONAL
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT SERIES
REGISTRATION/SESSION 1
The SAWCC begins the year with with its 8th Annual Transformational Leadership Development Series beginning in January 2021. This six-part series has previously been held as monthly in-person sessions; however, for the safety and wellbeing of our participants, we will follow the local COVID-19 protocols conducting the initial sessions via Zoom. We hope that the situation improves and we can hold our last three sessions in a unique outdoor setting!
Two assessments will be administered to the participants as part of this series. The data will provide them with details about their leadership style and how to work with their colleagues and members on their work teams.
The book, Strengthsfinder, by author Tom Rath, will be issued to each participant for use as an aid during the coursework throughout the six sessions. In addition, Expert Speaker Lee Cusenbary will provide a presentation on "Ethical Leadership in Corporations."
Registration for this series must be completed by Friday, January 15th.
