A Pre-bid Conference will be held at 10:00 AM, August 15, 2016 in the Fiscal Management Conference Room  at 800 W Myrtle Suite 205, San Antonio, Texas 78212.

Sealed bids will be received by the Contract Administrator until 2:00 PM, September 6,  2016, for Bus Stop Decals – Supplement A

At that time bids will be opened and read aloud. Bids received after that time will not be considered. Bid documents may be obtained from the VIA Procurement Department, 800 W. Myrtle, Suite 203, San Antonio, Texas 78212, or the document can be downloaded by visiting VIA’s website at https://via.mwdsbe.com.
