This event is a Panel Discussion on “Bias in Data Science: How to Detect, Diagnose & Mitigate”.  Our panel is featuring women in data science here in Texas  and will be curated especially to educate and inspire participants. Tune in to learn about what others in Texas are doing in data science and connect with the community of data scientists here.

Open to all genders - to those aspiring to be in data science and for existing data science enthusiasts to share new knowledge and to connect.

WiDS Texas is an independent event that is organized as part of the annual WiDS Worldwide conference organized by Stanford University and an estimated 150+ locations worldwide, which features outstanding women doing outstanding work in the field of data science. All genders are invited to attend all WiDS Worldwide conference events. We aim to inspire and educate data scientists worldwide, regardless of gender, and to support women in the field.
