SPEAKER BIO:

Chris Arricale, PMP
Chris is an energetic and focused leader dedicated to improving healthcare delivery and individual wellness through sound project management execution, process improvements, and constant customer focus. Chris spent 25 years in the Air Force and retired from active duty as a Medical Service Corps Officer in 2010. As an MSC, he mastered a diverse variety of healthcare disciplines including hospital administration, medical logistics, emergency disaster preparedness, medical information technology, and project/program management.
Currently Chris leads the Business Operations Project Office for WellMed Medical Management, a healthcare delivery network serving more than 300,000 Medicare-eligible seniors in Texas and Florida. Chris’s education includes a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration and a Master of Science in Business and Organizational Management. Chris’s professional certifications include Project Management Professional and Certified Professional, Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (CPHIMS).
At the request of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS), Chris co-authored a comprehensive CPHIMS certification exam review guide titled: “Preparing for Success in Healthcare Information and Management Systems: The CPHIMS Review Guide, Second Edition.”
