Barbara started off the year with the theme, Embrace 2020, and like many people had no idea what that would really mean. As a subject matter expert, Barbara will define what is meant by "resiliency is key to leading with gusto!" While attending this engaging workshop she highlights the Resiliency Strength (RS)-P6 Approach©, and will take a deeper dive into this approach for leaders to enhance their effectiveness.

Barbara earned a MS. Degree in Counseling, is an International Coach Federation Master Certified Coach and a Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coach.
